Weeblex 4
It would appear a lot of the content on NCALT is flash based and for some reason on my PCs the text that comes up seems to be about 50 pixels to high so it hides under the banner at the top of the window. I've been working round this but I've just come across courses that have a important content up there and I can't read it. Has anyone else experienced this and if so have you found a solutions? So far I've tested this on IE9, IE11, Chrome and Firefox and with both an older version and current version of Adobe Flash. Does anyone have any suggestions? Terry K 7
I'll suggest two things to try, but it sounds like an issue in the application rather than something you can correct yourself. 1. Zoom out - You can hold control and press + or - to change the level. 2. Compatibility view - Is a feature in IE9 which may help. you can read about it here. Do you have a link that i can check for you? Edited September 26, 2015 by Terry K
dave0180 1
I had the same problem with some of the courses as did the rest of my intake of specials. I contacted the course providers who confirmed it is a problem on their end and they should be sorting it soon. This was over a month ago though so don't hold your breath.
