Windhill + 488
What trouble are you having with them? I've worked on productions as a lighting technician with Robe for the last 6 years..... If its immediate help you need then give Robe themselves a call. They answer almost instantly (a human) and are exceptionaly helpful!! Edited October 20, 2011 by WindHill
PCW + 135
i'll give them a ring all it is, is that after turning off the Clubspot's and re-striking them the attributes of one of the movers (PAN) has changed from recorded in all cues it was set. [ no it wasn't recorded wrong ]
WW86 + 0
That honestly sounds like a wheel slip on the actual unit, which would mean taking it down and giving it a good clean, especially if those particular units use IR sensors as their positioning markers. While I haven't worked with Clubspots, I have worked with other movers and have found this quite a common problem. If you don't have any luck with Robe, then you could always try the guys over on The Blue Room Technical Forums. Windhill + 488
Sounds more to me like it has reset itself... If you go onto the units menu and reset the individual pan settings on the light you'll probably find it swings back into line!!
