Cooper16 0
Ive been a silly lad, ive accidentaly deleted all of my emails from my outlook in box and completely deleted them from the deleted folder. I suspected they would of still been stored on my online account but theyve gone. Any ideas how to retrieve them

Wcarnby 196
If you connected using pop3, they will still be in the server. If you connected using IMAP (most probably) they will probably be in the deleted items on your server (not necessarily on your outlook inbox)
Bravo 48
I have used Outlook/Windows Mail before, and found a mixture of problems. Some of the versions on occasions would not support hotmail, yet hotmail is their own. - Why would you make software that was not compatible with your own service? It is so easy to delete things. You can press the delete button (and possibly confirm it), and loose an entire folder of e-mails, for instance. The e-mails/folders will probably not still be in your online account, as you have deleted them. I would stay well away from it.

You just need the hotmail connector then it all works fine. It is so easy to delete things. Bravo 48
It's easy to do lots of stupid things but that's no reason not to use it. It is when you have an entire folder full of important e-mail. I am happy just logging into hotmail itself.
