  1. Hello to all, having recently attended the Assessment Centre (for which I will refer to as AC going forward), can anyone breakdown how you are marked on performance? For example, I attended an pre AC evening briefing before attending (highly recommended to attend if you are able to by the way), where it was explained that the interactive module forms 60% of your total mark. So to get to what I believe is a 50% total mark, which is a pass for my chosen force, how is this 60% broken down? I never got close to a resolution, and there were awkward moments of silence where I struggled, instead of thinking on my feet, I fell flat on my backside. To be totally honest, I have to admit, I would say I had a shocker on this section. I kept composed and continued to browse notes but just could not pull anything out. I feel pleased with my performance with the other modules, with some wrong answers expected, but nothing I would have changed in the set time schedule, but I fear that will not be enough. For the record, I will NOT be divulging ANY information of what my AC visit consisted of in terms of content of questions/scenarios.
  2. Hello All, Currently I drive a Vauxhall Vectra SRI CDTI Hatch, but looking to upgrade to an estate. I am after people's thoughts on the following line up, and also on pros / cons of Used / New - PCP / New - Leasing Vauxhall Insignia 2.0 CDTI SRI Skoda Octavia 2.0 VRS TDI Focus ST2 or ST3 TDCI BMW 330d / 325d M Sport Tourer I'd like something with a bit of grunt, that has space for the dog and the bikes!
