Moors murderer Ian Brady has launched a "totally unique" High Court challenge for the right to have the lawyer of his choice representing him at a tribunal. The killer last went before the Mental Health Review Tribunal in Manchester in 2013. But he lost his bid to be moved from a secure hospital to a Scottish prison. The 79-year-old had asked to be moved to a prison so he could not be force-fed, and where he could be allowed to die if he wishes.
