Hello, I called the police as I was taking my child to her grandparents as I had an argument with my husband and I could not get in touch with him as his phone was switched off. I was concerned he might call the police to say I’ve kidnapped his child. (He is very petty) I was told that unless I leave the uk it’s not kidnap. But asked what led to the argument. Advised that I had a dispute and he threw a stuffed teddy at my head. No one came out. I declined to attend the station. Was asked details of my child and my husband including dob and gp surgery. Would I have been advised if there was a social services referral? Maby thanks
