PCSO Recruitment

Hi, I have just passed all of my assessments and vetting and amnow just waiting for a start date. Does anyone have any idea of the shift patterns a PCSO will do?

Particularly the 'How 2 Become' Role Play CD... or even the 'How to pass the PCSO interview' pack... Anyone got feedback from these?

Does the MoD Police employ any civilian staff in a similar role as PCSO?

Hi Guys n Gals My Police Officer application was rejected by Northumbria in October 06' (gutted), and know if I want to re-apply I have to wait 6 months. Do I still have to wait 6 months if I wanted to apply to become a PCSO? I'm too impatient to have to wait till April to re-apply and was thinking of getting in a CSO and the applying again in April for PC when they open their doors again. Thanks in advance. MG

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and in need of some advice. I am applying to be a PCSO. On the application it requests all details of family and your spouse's family. My half sister has a criminal record. Will this effect my application?? I'm so worried about it. I don't talk to my her and live 150 miles from her. Please help me :-( Cheers
