Hello, my name is Thomas and I am currently preparing myself to apply to Police Forces in October this year. I am 22 years old and live in Scotland since 2013. I spend my free time mostly hiking in Scottish mountains nad attending local gym where I prepare for fitness assesment. I think that's all about me :)

Hi everyone, i'm Ryan and i have applied to Police Scotland last Monday and now waiting eagerly for their response. Any help and advice on the whole recruitment process would be much appreciated. From the first fitness test, how long is it usually between each stage of the selection process? I heard it could be between a week or 2, or even a month or 2 between each stage. What is most likely? Thanks
