There is a white van parked in our street that only parks there evening and night time. During the day Monday to Friday its gone during working hours but comes back at end of work time. My address post code is TS20 1HW. The van parks near the hedge on Cameron street near Ragworth road. HOW DO WE STOP THIS CONTINUING
