Hello , I am Jamie based in Essex and have applied to be a Police Constable with Essex Police. I have gone through the beginning stages and awaiting to attend the SEARCH assessment centre. I have no idea what to truly expect if I am honest. I have all the details of what they will be accessing you on, And feel confident to a point. Any advice or tips would be fantastic.
