Hi, I was due to start as an FCR in September subject to references. Unfortunately, I received the following email They say it is not their practice to disclose the reason for failure. However, can I not envoke the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to obtain this information as to why I failed and who provided the unsatisfactory references? http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2000/36/part/I/crossheading/right-to-information I am quite keen to find out exactly what was put about me and by whom so that I can contest it.
