Hi everyone, So I've been going through the process of joining the metropolitan police force now for over a year. The thing that I'm stuck on is the physical so day 2 essentially I've passed day 1 and passed the medical but I'm almost too nervous to do the bleep test like I don't wanna make an idiot of myself. Can anybody help as I'm really struggling with my confidence within the bleep test.
