    http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/8449253.stm When will the courts realise that most of today's shoplifters are not some hard up parent nicking a can of beans, they're stealing expensive perfumes, jackets etc, to sell on. The courts keep giving them bail and fines that they can pay out of the proceeds of their next theft. If they at least got community service it would cut down on their available shopping hours!

That will teach him, almost blinding someone infront of their children in a pre meditated attack because they were shushed in the cinema. He wont be doing that again, for at least 3 months
