I would not say that I was looking to leave the police.............however given the current climate, I am certainly looking to do other things in my spare time, with permission obviously, that will make life a bit more bearable when at work. I find that a lot of people become really down about the job when they have little to do in their spare time.

I figure that if I can progress these projects that I have, it may help take my mind of the morale problems that we seem to be having at the moment :)

I am currently undecided, the main issue I have is that without a trade or something else to fall back on, I just have no idea what I would do.

Unfortunately any motivation to remain in the Met has gone

Certainly looking at staying within the Police world, however maybe not in a county force.
