Techie1 + 2,024 Posted January 12, 2017 Share Posted January 12, 2017 Christopher HartPolice ConstableGreater Manchester Police Died 12 January 2008, aged 40 Died in a road traffic accident, while responding to an emergency incident just before midnight, when the police van he was driving was in collision with a car at Openshaw; the police vehicle overturned and he sustained major head injuries from which he died instantly. Christopher had just over four years service and was a response officer based at Bury; in 2005 he had been awarded a Divisional Commander's commendation for his professionalism and calmness in helping to rescue a child from a violent incident.
