https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cjr0v37v3jlo A woman who was filmed giving CPR to a man fatally injured in a road crash is calling for photographs and videos of crash sites to be made illegal. Filming a crash site or someone who is giving CPR is a disgrace, and I say that as someone who normally defends peoples right to film. How would you like if the victim was your brother or sister and their trauma is being live streamed so some passer by can get more clout and likes on social media? What do you think, should this be addressed with legislation or not?

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c3rj03ldej8o Two police officers lied about the state of a woman who was found dead, to speed up the process of sending an ambulance, a misconduct hearing has found. What's the difference between what these officers did, and someone placing a hoax call to 999? I understand they might not have wanted to wait around at a scene for hours, but that is a part of the job they signed up to do. And even if it wasn't, that still wouldn't justify giving false information to an emergency service just to speed up a response. It really bugs me as it seems there's an attitude among lots of officers now that if something is inconvenient, the…

Wanted to ask about the legality of wearing actual police kit/ patches to an airsoft field. Also wanted to ask because I have genuine patches, plate carrier and hat from many different forces. In terms of this what can I do to not be breaking the law while playing and are there any possible issues with owning this stuff

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/crime/police-investigation-child-viewing-social-media-post-b2830835.html I've seen the footage and was immediately sceptical of it. At one point the mum says something like 'you're doing this just because she viewed a post on social media?' and one of the officers replies 'no, for-' but then the video appears to skip ahead a couple of seconds and the officer is no longer talking. Definitely felt like someone presenting a highly edited short clip in support of a particular narrative.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c2lp1k7pnpno Far-right activist Tommy Robinson has said that he refused to give police his mobile phone Pin when he was stopped at the entry to the Channel Tunnel because it had "journalist material" on it, a court has heard. I can't stand Tommy Robinson and find his views rather nasty, but I'm a bit uncomfortable about this. Schedule 7 places a legal obligation on the person to answer all of the officers questions which I don't think is fair. How many times do you get 'no comment' interviews, it wouldn't be appropriate to punish them all for simply refusing to talk.
