https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-cambridgeshire-67163 Assaults on officers are increasing, according to a policing union Do you think there's more people these days who no longer accept the legitimacy of the police? What I mean is you see a video of an officer being assaulted by someone they are arresting and a lot of the comments are about how the suspect was just defending himself against arrest, and that if the officer can use force on the suspect then he can use equal force back.

A plane passenger from hell who shouted 'white children are easy to rape' has been jailed for 14 months after drunkenly hurling racist and misogynistic abuse towards women on two flights back to Britain. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12696759/Passenger-hell-yelled-white-children-easy-rape-white-men-jailed-hurling-drunken-abuse-white-women.html The judge should have given him a longer sentence and it shows what he thinks of people and biting a police officer.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-66865099 A police officer is to be charged with the murder of Chris Kaba, who was shot dead in south London last year. I am quite surprised, what do officers think of this?
