Hello! Here we have a covert harness which sadly my baton dosent fit properly!! Only used it about 4 times and it has been modified with extra pieces of webbing and velcro fitted so it fits the taller person. (see pics) Im 6ft4 and have a 46 inch chest and it was a comfortable fit on me with room left for expansion! Radio sits on the left with cuffs, baton and CS spray on the right. One thing i must stress is my baton is 26 inch when extended and 9 and a 1/2 inch when collapsed (im not bragging! ) and it DOES NOT fit properly. I don't know if other forces use this, but we have a white material slip with velcro fastening pouches. You take your armour plates out of your uniform stabby and put them into the covert one. Trouble is, that even with Chief Inspector's authority our Stores will not part with them for specials. Does anyone know where you can buy them or does anyone have one for sale? I know Niton999 do them, but they charge about £60, which doesn't seem worth it to me.
