Research study looking for police officers/staff who worked through the Covid-19 pandemic.

This research will explore how working through the Covid-19 pandemic impacted the mental wellbeing and work performance of police officers/staff, aiming to help the police to overcome or reduce the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, or the effects of potential future events.

This research will also explore the effectiveness of intervention schemes utilised within the police service, aiming to make recommendations for improvements to these services.

Participants will be asked to complete a short online questionnaire about their experiences.

 

Eligibilities:

·         Police officers/staff of the England and Wales police force, working at any level or within any area of policing

·         Currently serving officers or ex officers that worked during the Covid-19 pandemic from March 2020

·         Over the age of 18 years

·         Fully understand the English language
