Researchers at the University of Lincoln are investigating the psychological effects of emotional disclosure at work and perceived organisational support in Forensic Professionals. All Forensic Professionals are invited to take part in this study if they are currently practicing in a forensic service (examples include hashtagpolice officers, , hashtagprison and hashtagprobation officers, hashtagnurses, hashtagsupport workers, hashtagsocial workers, hashtagpsychologists but this list is not exhaustive). This study is being carried out to gain further understanding of how organisations can help improve psychological wellbeing in their staff.
