maka 7
well in legal defintions (i.e licensing) it's wrong. (Page 5 - if anyone has the Traffic Officers Companion) or from wiki "The term moped describes any low-powered motor driven cycle with an engine capacity not greater than 50 cc (3.1 cu in) and a maximum design speed of no more than 50 km/h (31 mph). Machines registered prior to 1 September 1977 as mopeds had to have pedals,[17] but engine power was unrestricted, and many could top 50 mph (80 km/h) (most famously the Yamaha FS1-E or "Fizzy"). Hull_9 10
I've just purchased myself a Honda CBF 125 - a sort of tourer/racing replica hybrid type thing. £2100 brand new. Does 134mpg, and a 0-60 of 5.2 seconds. It's great really - although, when I pass my test, I suspect I may be forced to upgrade!!
