I enjoyed the the Bill and it was relatively realistic. The BBC created a series also called Specials, which as I remember was absolutely tosh. It only survived one series.

Not sure why this is big news 'drama' has been playing the bill for years and the last episode is shown this week before they're starting from the beginning again. Never ever thought I would be in the area car for real having watched Tony Stamp for years on it who simply inspired it all!

I enjoyed The Bill, in my book it was a top show with excellent actors supported by excellent technical advice.

My favourite character was Polly.

Unfortunately the producers pushed the series too far and it ended up "Jumping The Shark"
