Hello Wondering if anyone can shed any light (ethically...) on the final interview. i have heard they are marked on the current competencies, 45-1 hour long interview and around 6 questions (with probing questions). I have started to my home work on: PCC, community first, operational model (borderless policing), force priories and objectives, current issues Merseyside is facing and what they're doing about it etc. Going to try and have 7 or 8 examples of when I have... xyz. any help is great, I have emailed requesting comms with a force interviewer as previously suggested and or any information they can share. those who don't ask etc. many thanks
I think it would be useful if we can get a list together of those forces that still include a Final Interview stage (after Ryton Assessment Centre) in their recruitment process... I'll start us off! North Wales Police recruitment process: Application - Assessment Centre at Ryton (pass point 60%) - Final Interview - Vetting / References - Fitness Test - Medical Test - Appointment
Hi everyone, I had my final interview on Monday and got told I'd be contacted latest by the end of this week. I was just wondering if anybody has heard back from their interviews? I know somebody did because he had stated he needed to know urgently as he was making annual leave plans. Thank you.
I have just had my final interview with Kent on Thursday, passed everything but failed the interview itself, found this out Friday. I don't know why I failed at all. Now what can I do I understand other forces are recruiting and I understand that some of them may not take transferable scores, but if they do can I send them the scores now? Or do I have to wait 6 months.
