    This is the DASH questionnaire for use when talking to Domestic Violence Victims.
     
    It's part of my series of PNB aide memoire cards that I made for myself.
     
    They are designed to be folded over and laminated. Once you do that its the perfect size for a PNB (well that depends on what size your force uses I guess, but it fits the A&S ones which is 3.5 x 5.75 inches).
