Hi guys and girls,

I'm currently looking to upgrade my to Vodafone wondered if you guys had any advice of what they are like as I'm currently with EE.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Signal could be better in a few towns, but has improved over the years.

Customer service seems to have declined recently - it was very good a few years back (one of the reasons I moved from three to Vodafone).

I think they've had a few billing issues although that hasn't affected me. Likewise a few people have warned about PAC migrations away from Vodafone - as somewhere along the line the number has been lost and can't be recovered.

Also, you may be able to get discounts on your new contract via Vodafone Employee Advantage (VEA) or via Blue Light Card (between 15% and 30%).

In terms of EE, their customer service (business contract) is shockingly bad, so I'd prefer Vodafone over EE for a personal contract!

I am on a sim only deal with Vodafone

500 free minutes
Unlimited texts
10GB data

With discount because of the job it is £13.60 a month.

I have found in last three years I have been with them the signal strength is improving in the area I live and they have always given me a better package and charged me less every time I come to renew.

I've been with them for years.

Signal most places, tariffs are ok (I'm guessing similar to other companies though, to compete) and usually ok to deal with. Had major issue with a handset which took a couple of months to replace, but if you stand your ground they will sort it!

Also, as said, job discount, but I believe that's just changed. I need to check!
