prolixia 704
I haven't seen this on the forum before, apologies if its a repost, This Canadian officer is remarkably (too?) patient with a freeman. As an armchair critic with no experience policing in Canada, personally I wouldn't be happy with the driver wandering around all the time, opening his boot, fishing around in the car, or hanging onto his keys. In a country with a high level of gun ownership and with a clearly drunk driver, this could have gone horribly wrong! The RCMP frequently work in the middle of nowhere and backup can often be some distance away. On the plus side, while it did take a while, this guy did manage to handcuff and arrest his suspect without having to resort to force.
