Global Moderators MindTheGap 1,275 Posted May 1, 2019 Global Moderators Share Posted May 1, 2019 So who sat this year, and did you pass? What a difficult set of questions (no quotes please) - I managed to get 1% away with minimal revision but alas still failed (54%, pass mark is 55%) - not bad for someone battling many personal issues! Loads of folk I know failed by 5-10%, 2 of us 'scraped' a fail. Those that did pass ranged between 55 and 68%.
WhoKnows + 2
Like you, I failed by one percent [emoji31] Absolutely gutted. By my friend recieved exceptional who I'm happy for. Oh well, there's always next year [emoji16]
Cs! + 88
I failed by 5%. I know I got one question wrong (for sure) because I interpreted the legislation incorrectly. Hopefully I will do better next year!
skydiver + 1,099
Somehow I passed. I walked out convinced that I had failed as the questions in the test seemed to be a foreign language to me. I can't think of any straight forward questions and as for the question about the rocket launcher the less said about that the better. I put a lot of work into revision and dedicated a lot of time to it so I'm glad I passed. I've read somewhere that it was a 60/40 split between fail and pass but I've got no idea what the average mark is. My force won't send the breakdown out for another week or so.
SimonT + 1,194
It's looking to cause some interesting issues at work. Most of the acting sergeants I know failed to pass but many pc's did pass. Looks like another reshuffle is on the way

skydiver + 1,099
I got 71% which I'm really pleased with and surprised by. The score break down showed the lowest score in the country as 18% which is good going because even if you guessed every answer you should get 1 in 4 correct and get 25%, but I suppose they may have walked out as soon as they were allowed to without completing all 150 questions. 2
