Enemy 45
'Newlyn Bailiff Gets owned by a Merseyside Constable'. Nothing bad or outrageous in this video. The bailiffs call the police as they want the debtor arrested for whatever reason and the PC schools them (and their boss on the phone).

millfield 12
Very waltish chap wearing the Metropolitan Peace stab vest. It clearly said 'Awful Observer' on his hat. Missing an L. Edited July 11, 2015 by millfield

Rocket + 6,403
It clearly said 'Awful Observer' on his hat. Missing an L. There is an L on his miners helmet, it's just a low res camera that's recording it. I think also the badge on his stabby says Metropolitan PEACE? Yeahduffman + 18
Well handled, I know some officers fall into the trap of instantly siding with the bailiffs without seeing anything documenting what they are allowed to do by the court. Civil end to the matter, everyone's safe, maybe not happy but at least it didn't escalate.
Rocket + 6,403
If you watch this to the end and just leave the video until it goes to the next one there are follow-ups where Mary Clampoffski AKA Mary the clamp fairy is calling to get payment for clamping the clamp and for storage fees of the clamp which has now been taken to a safe place. It's going on and on and is highly entertaining.
CountyCop + 178
Well that video was an absolute delight, the officer was confidant, inpartial, professional and thoughtful. He was knowledgable and did not engage in any silliness from either side. He worked very well to bring the situation to resolution without escalating it in any way. That lady's and gentleman is how it is done, we need to see more videos like this. On a separate note that officer was extremely well presented as well, hat on and the good old white shirt and tie. He looked far smarter than the rest of us these days, my opinion of course.

MajorDisaster + 579
Who or what is a 'Lawful Observer'?
AnthonyB + 451
Usually seen at protests & disorder in orange legal observer hi vis - Effectively just one of the protesters dressed up & with a camera trying to evidence alleged police misconduct and trying to intimidate officers by their presence into going softly softly. Whether they have any actual legal training or not, they are essentially just members of the public in fancy dress although they like to think they are the UN! Obviously they've branched out into 'personal legal observer' services!
Krycek 1,190
Might want to rethink that green helmet, makes him look like he's wearing one of those St Paddy's Day beer-holder hats...
