         I am a retired officer (left in April this year) who ended my last few months as the Force training manager and staff development manager. I have a strong operational background supplemented by 8 years in training. Gained full trainers certificate and training development officer staus. I now work as a consultant for a company who have worked with Forces throughout the Uk for 18 years. We specialise in  Executive coaching and Talent management processes.
