The man was infuriating and had to be told numerous times that the search did no require his consent but he got there in the end. Good little video. The search or the "I need to give consent" rubbish? The problem Dash is people read things on the internet and get suckered into this belief that all of their legal problems can be solved by effectively ignoring them or taking what is effectively a five year olds tactic of winning an argument (closing ones ears and shouting "lalala, I don't have to listen to you...") The Freeman on the Land mantra that certain folk spread as fact has gotten vulnerable people into deep trouble, it sadly continues to spread aswell... Whilst the tactic may work on lower tiers of law enforcement (such as council wardens and enforcement officer types) it simply will not work on a cop who knows their basic powers in law. I find there can be alot of laughs to be had on them through videos like these...heres a few I have picked out "A policeman can not search the woman by law it as to be done by woman officer" "What would happen if you requested another copper to search the copper who wanted to search your car in case that copper had some weed on him to plant in your car ? You cannot be to carefull with some of the crooks the police service are recruiting these days." "What is the reasonable suspicion of the man when the girl said she smoked earlier - no way should they search him! Total lies about the stop! Police are sickening these days! Mr Freeman who only abides by common law, yet as I can see his vehicle is registered, yet he only abides by common law.
