Hi everybody, I recall reading somewhere that in service Military Vehicles had parking exemptions, but I can't for the life of me find where. Can anyone help? To my understanding there are general exemptions which apply to Royal Mail, Military, Utility and Emergency Vehicles. I'm looking for the actual paragraph/act that grants the exemption. I have searching on the internet but can only can find local by-laws. Thank you
