Restricted or Recoup ?
by Bailey99- 2 replies

Hi. I had surgery on my cervical spine in Dec 2018. I returned to work following a 3 year career break in April 2019. I'm currently on a recoup plan & struggling sitting at desk & finding it hard to manage my pain. My Sgt has mentioned UPP attendance procedure which has worried me. I have a long term injury & nerve damage therefore should I be in a restricted role rather than on a recoup plan? No one is talking to me & I'm not sure where to turn? They appear to expect me to return to full duties which I'm not able to do certainly not in 12 weeks.
